E. David Crawford, MD, is a board-certified urologist who has dedicated his career to prostate cancer research, awareness, and treatment. Dr. Crawford has been recognized by Men’s Health Magazine as one of the top 20 urologists in the country. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Grand Rounds in Urology™, founder and chairman of the Prostate Conditions Education Council, and founder of PCMarkers.com. He has authored or co-authored more than 810 scientific articles, published in seven textbooks, contributed to more than 60 book chapters and has given more than 2,200 educational talks. Dr. Crawford currently serves as a Professor of Urology at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine and is an emeritus distinguished endowed Professor of Surgery, Urology, and Radiation Oncology and Head of the Section of Urologic Oncology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. He is an active urologist and sees patients at UC San Diego Health.
